Hi, I'm Ash, and that's the moment I live for when we work together. Hair and makeup are so personal, so we really do have to work together to craft your best look, so you feel beautiful and confident. My job is to highlight your best features and bring your beauty to life, all while creating a calm, relaxing atmosphere that allows you enjoy your session.
I have been in the beauty industry for 18 years, and an independent artist for the last 8 years.
In that time we've had work published in Style Me Pretty, Charm City Wed, and Valley Bride Wedding Guide.
When I'm not doing weddings I style for B'More Boudoir and several other photographers for portrait and branding sessions.
About Em
Em Conklin works with Well Crafted Beauty to style hair for large parties. Her speciality includes dreamy boho styles and soft romantic braids. She's been a part of the Well Crafted Team since 2015 and even had a turn as a Well Crafted Bride in 2017. When she's not styling she's home raising her two boys, hitting the beach with her family, and making a killer batch of Margaritas.
About Beth
Beth has been in the wedding industry for over 15 years. She has an amazing attention to detail in creating beautiful updo styles. She has trained at Ion studios in NYC where she studied editorial hair styling and design. When she's not behind the chair styling, she's home with her two kids or catching a concert with friends.
