BOOKINGS:

ON LOCATION-To secure a date, a signed contract and a 50% retainer may be required. This retainer is non-refundable and non-transferable. The retainer will be put toward the Guest(s) total day of balance. The remaining balance will be due 10 days prior to the day of the event for on location bookings. Accepted forms of payment include: cash, Venmo @wellcraftedbeauty, or credit card via invoice where applicable.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
ON LOCATION- On location services must be cancelled thirty (30) days prior to the Guest(s) reserved date or the Guest(s) will be responsible for paying the full amount of services agreed upon in the contract.
PARKING:
ON LOCATION-Where parking, valet or toll fees may be incurred, this amount will be included in the final bill and will be due on the day of the event.
TRAVEL FEES: There is a travel fee for anything over 25 miles of the 21111 Zip Code and will be calculated in advance. In addition, if travel includes crossing the Bay Bridge May-September a $150 fee will be added.
LIABILITY: All brushes, tools, and makeup products are sanitized between every makeup application. Makeup products used are hypoallergenic. To ensure quality in application and consistency, only products provided by the artist will be used. Any allergies and/or skin conditions should be reported by the Guest(s) to the makeup artist prior to application and, if need be, a sample test of makeup may be performed on the skin to test reaction. Guest(s) agree to release the makeup artist, ASHLEY ZOLENAS from liability for any skin complications due to allergic reactions or sensitivities.
PAYMENT: The final balance is due on or before the day of the event before the makeup artist and/or stylist departs — no exceptions. The person(s) responsible for the entire balance of payment is the person(s) whose name(s) appear on the contract.
SERVICE COMMITMENT: Please understand when booking services, other offers were declined to reserve time just for your reservation. While we will make every effort to allow for additional services to be added, we will not adjust pricing for reduction of services.
